SHPE National Convention
Every year, we attend SHPE Nationals, the largest Hispanic STEM convention in the nation to expose our members to companies and recruiters. Many of our members receive internship/job offers!
RLDC Region 2
Every year, we participate in the region 2, SHPE Regional Leadership Development Conference which equips our members with the tools to become leaders.
Industry Workshops
We have many workshops throughout the academic year that we hold with our sponsors and companies. These workshops ential resume building, mock interviews, perfecting the elevator pitch and so forth.
Industry Tours
Every Spring Break, Los Ingenieros undergoes Industry Tours which either happens in North California or South California, and our members get the opportunity to visit various company facilities and get insight on the workplace.
