Leadership Development

Many of our members participate in one of our many committees, allowing them to work closely with officers. We have three different committees: finance, marketing/events, and internal vice president. 

Los Ingenieros is heavily involved in community outreach and other on-campus committees providing us with the opportunity to volunteer.

Los Ingenieros offers 15 different officer positions that our members participate in. Officers help Los Ingenieros everyday is a great way to showcase and develop leadership skills.
