Co-Chair

- Preside/Supervise organizational meetings (general, officers, etc.)
- Act as main representative with industry relations and professional engineering societies
- Responsible for creating, delegating, and assisting committees that will improve the organization
- Have the power  to appoint special committees and officers upon vacancy of offices after elections
- Shall be responsible for updating and maintaining the LI calendar
- Have the authority to impeach with majority secret ballot vote of officers
- Responsible for delegating work on the end of the year report and proposals
- Co-Chairs have the power to edit the constitution for the better of the organization

- Upon request, can tuck members into bed
